Our original Snappr photographer, Jordan from Melbourne, cancelled with late notice and no reason. Luckily Snappr support found us a replacement photographer very quickly who could take our photo within days. The Snappr team were quick to were respond and understanding and wanted to help us.

Michelle was an absolute pleasure to shoot with. Since it was the first family shoot we've ever done, we weren't sure what to do but Michelle's friendly and bubbly demeanour put us at ease and the result was beautiful. Michelle very efficiently guided us into various groups and arrangements and was able to complete the shoot in an hour despite a heatwave on the day of the shoot.
